Award to the most cited PPS paper published by an EPA member during the past 3 years before the year of the award with citations counted within 2 consecutive years including the publication year; Perspectives or reviews are excluded, only original research articles are considered.

Call for nominations is CLOSED

Frequency: Biennial, even years

Requisites: The corresponding or first author of the paper should be an EPA member

Award: Prize certificate / 1000 EUR / Short talk (15-20 min) at a large photochemistry conference, typically PhotoIUPAC, in a plenary session

Deadline for submission: No deadline, the EC has to request the list of citations from the publisher of PPS

 Timeline of the award: Announcement of the laureate in the spring, Award in the summer

 Award ceremony: At a large photochemistry conference, typically PhotoIUPAC, in a plenary session
